The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of one or more ultra-luxury custom home projects — from pre-construction budgeting and buyout through construction, client delivery, and warranty. This is a client-facing leadership role: you are the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers, and you are accountable for budget, schedule, and quality on homes of significant scale and complexity.

Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project budgets and schedules; leading trade buyout and contract negotiation; coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultants; running client meetings and managing selections and change orders; supervising project superintendents; and maintaining complete, current project documentation in our project management platform.

The right candidate brings five or more years of project management experience in high-end residential construction (custom home experience strongly preferred) or heavy commercial construction; a track record of delivering complex projects on budget and schedule; strong financial and negotiation skills; polished, proactive client communication; and proficiency with construction management software. A degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is a plus but not required where experience speaks for itself.
